The no-fee TDECU official check is widely accepted as a cashier’s check, so you may use it as an alternate way to pay for products and services.
Money orders are useful when a personal check is not accepted or when you need a guaranteed method of payment. Used the same as cash, they are valid anywhere in the world. The maximum amount for a single money order purchase is $1,000.
At each TDECU Member Center, we have certified notary publics who have a comprehensive understanding of notary public law. They’re happy to notarize your documents free of charge.
A medallion signature guarantee is a special signature guarantee specifically for the transfer of securities and is available at no cost to members at all Member Centers.
A wire transfer is a safe, convenient way to transfer funds from a TDECU account to an account at another financial institution — or vice versa. The originating financial institution handles the transaction electronically — no one actually sees or touches the funds.
